Membership

Membership of the European Society for Applied Superconductivity is open for everybody working in the field. Becoming ESAS member is only possible during EUCAS years (odd years) through the EUCAS organization.

Applications for membership should be sent to office@esas.org. As soon as your application is received, you will receive a confirmation.

Based on a decision of ESAS General Assembly, participants of the EUCAS conferences become ESAS member. Of course, they can during registration declare that they do not want to become a member. The EUCAS registration includes the ESAS membership.

Membership includes access to ESAS membership meetings, extra information available on this web-site and reduced fees for attending ESAS-supported workshops, summer schools and conferences.

For individuals the membership fee between two EUCAS conferences is at present 30 € for regular members.

The industrial annual membership fee at present is:

• 100 € small companies with less than 35 employees
• 200 € companies with up to 150 employees
• 300 € companies with more than 150 employees
